So in order to avoid this problem, you need to think about how large your starting baccarat bankroll is going to be.
The first aspect of this discussion worth mentioning is that you should measure your bankroll size in terms of betting units; so if you make $10 bets, then a $200 bankroll would give you 20 units. Another thing that should be taken into consideration is how long you want to play baccarat. For example, if you are just a casual casino visitor who doesn't care, then 20 units should be more than enough to initially fund your bankroll. However, if you plan on playing baccarat for an extended amount of time, then you should have 100 units or more.
Now many people would say that 100 units is overkill since this would be $1,000 for somebody who's making $10 wagers. But you also have to consider what the term 'serious player' implies, which is someone who wants to play thousands of baccarat hands (this isn't hard in online baccarat). So if you try going into a baccarat session with just 20 buy-ins, you might not even survive the session.
Of course, this is alright for those who only want to casually play baccarat. However, if you're one of the aforementioned serious baccarat players, then you should bring a lot more money to the tables with you. Assuming your starting baccarat bankroll is sufficiently funded, you will have a lot more fun playing the game because you won't need to worry so much about whether or not your money will vanish.
